Front Office Associate

Job Description

The Front Office Associate welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and guest requests, processes payments, and provides accurate information about hotel services and Singapore attractions. Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant and professional manner, good attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous hotel or customer-service experience is advantageous. Fluency in English is expected, while additional languages are useful. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with a genuine commitment to Shangri-La’s service standards.
