Typical requirements include a diploma or degree in hotel management, business, marketing or a related field, along with relevant hotel or sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills are expected, as well as good knowledge of the Hong Kong corporate, leisure and MICE markets. The successful candidate should be commercially minded, well organised, confident in meeting clients, comfortable using sales systems and able to work flexibly in a competitive, service-focused environment.
