Candidates should have a technical certificate or vocational qualification in air-conditioning, refrigeration or electrical engineering, together with practical experience in hotel, commercial or building maintenance. Familiarity with preventive maintenance, electrical controls, compressors, chillers and safe handling of refrigerants is valuable. The role requires good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to respond promptly to guest and operational requirements. The successful candidate is expected to work shifts, follow safety and environmental procedures, maintain accurate service records and cooperate professionally with other hotel departments.
