The Senior Human Resources Executive supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, training, performance management and compliance with Malaysian employment regulations. Candidates are typically expected to hold a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, with several years of hotel or hospitality HR experience. Strong knowledge of labour law, HR systems and workplace policies is valuable. The role requires confident communication, discretion, sound judgement and the ability to work with employees at all levels.
