Team Leader, Shophouse

Job Description

The Team Leader, Shophouse is expected to supervise daily outlet operations, coordinate service activities, support colleagues and ensure guests receive efficient, friendly and professional service. Typical requirements include experience in hotel, restaurant or retail hospitality operations, good communication skills and the ability to lead a team during busy periods. The successful candidate should be organised, service-minded and confident handling guest requests, complaints, cash or point-of-sale procedures and operational standards. Knowledge of Singapore hospitality practices and conversational English is normally required; additional languages are advantageous. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected.
