Job Description

The Regional Director will lead ANZ’s broker partnership strategy across Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland. The role involves building trusted relationships with mortgage brokers, growing lending volumes, supporting business development and ensuring strong customer and broker experiences. Candidates are expected to bring extensive experience in banking, mortgage lending, broker distribution or financial services, together with proven regional leadership and commercial results. Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management and strategic planning skills are essential. The successful candidate should understand the Australian home-lending market, broker networks, regulatory obligations and responsible lending requirements. Regular travel across the region is likely, along with the ability to coach teams, influence senior stakeholders and represent ANZ professionally.
