The role requires strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills, together with sound financial understanding and a commitment to responsible banking. Previous branch banking, retail, sales or financial services experience is generally expected, along with the ability to identify customer needs and refer appropriate products. The successful candidate is expected to deliver excellent in-person and digital service, meet performance goals, follow regulatory and risk procedures, resolve issues effectively and contribute positively to the Wagga Wagga branch team.
