Job Description

The Banking Consultant supports customers in the Subiaco branch by understanding their financial needs and helping with everyday banking, lending, payments, accounts and digital banking services. The role generally requires strong communication and customer-service skills, sound attention to detail, confidence using technology, and the ability to follow banking, privacy and risk procedures. Previous retail, sales, banking or service experience is useful, although ANZ may provide training. Candidates are expected to build trusted customer relationships, identify suitable products without applying pressure, meet service and performance objectives, work collaboratively, and contribute to a welcoming branch environment. Flexibility, professionalism, learning agility and a genuine interest in helping customers achieve their financial goals are important.
