Job Description

The Senior Lead – Process & Optimisation (Change Enablement) is responsible for improving business processes, identifying operational efficiencies and supporting change initiatives across ANZ. The role typically requires strong experience in process design, continuous improvement, business transformation and change delivery, supported by analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Candidates are expected to work confidently with senior leaders, map current and future processes, assess risks and impacts, develop practical implementation plans and help teams adopt new ways of working. Experience in banking, financial services or a complex regulated environment is highly desirable. Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving and influencing abilities are essential, along with a customer-focused and improvement-oriented mindset.
