Job Description

The Banking Consultant supports customers in an ANZ branch by identifying their everyday banking needs, explaining products and services, processing transactions, and helping with digital banking. Applicants generally need customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, sound digital literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet responsible banking and compliance requirements.
