Senior Consultant - Organisation Design & Implementation Process Optimisation

Job Description

The Senior Consultant will support organisation design, operating-model development and implementation, with a focus on improving business processes and workforce effectiveness. Requirements typically include relevant experience in organisational design, process optimisation, transformation or management consulting; strong analytical, project-management and stakeholder-engagement skills; and the ability to translate strategy into practical operating changes. Candidates are expected to manage multiple workstreams, analyse current and future-state processes, prepare clear recommendations, collaborate with senior leaders and support implementation across a complex banking environment. Experience in financial services, change delivery, workforce planning or process improvement is advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication, commercial judgement and confidence working across teams are also important.
