Job Description

The Business Banking Manager supports small and medium-sized enterprises by developing trusted client relationships, understanding business goals, and providing lending, cash-flow, transaction-banking, and other financial solutions. The role typically requires experience in business banking, commercial lending, credit assessment, portfolio management, and financial analysis, together with sound risk awareness and knowledge of the Australian business market. Candidates are expected to manage a portfolio proactively, identify new opportunities, meet customer and business targets, collaborate with internal specialists, and deliver reliable, compliant service. Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are essential.
