Job Description

The Portfolio Account Specialist, Oncology is responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and relevant stakeholders to support the appropriate use of Novartis oncology treatments. Requirements typically include experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sales; strong communication and account-management skills; commercial awareness; and the ability to understand and discuss complex clinical information. Experience in oncology or specialty medicines is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to manage territory plans, identify customer needs, collaborate with internal medical and market access teams, achieve business objectives, maintain accurate records, and operate in line with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Regular travel and a valid driver’s licence may be required.
