Intern - GHR Operations

Job Description

The Intern – GHR Operations role supports MAS Holdings’ Group Human Resources team with day-to-day HR administration, employee data management, documentation, reporting, coordination, and process-related activities. Candidates are generally expected to be undergraduates or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Strong communication, organisation, confidentiality, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are important. The successful candidate should be willing to learn, handle routine administrative work accurately, collaborate with different teams, and maintain professional standards when dealing with employee information. Previous exposure to HR systems or office administration may be advantageous, although the role is primarily designed to provide practical workplace experience.
