The Legal Intern role is suited to an undergraduate or recent graduate studying law, preferably with a sound understanding of contract law, company law, employment law, and legal research. The candidate is expected to assist with reviewing agreements, preparing legal summaries, conducting research, maintaining records, and supporting the legal team with day-to-day documentation. Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are important. The intern should be willing to learn, manage deadlines responsibly, work collaboratively across departments, and demonstrate professional judgment when handling sensitive business information.
