Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the smooth operation of the housekeeping department by assigning daily tasks, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, monitoring cleanliness standards, controlling supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. Candidates should have previous hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior attendant role. Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, room preparation, health and safety, and hotel service standards is expected. The successful candidate should be organised, attentive to detail, physically fit, and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and guest-service skills are important, along with the ability to train colleagues and respond professionally to guest requests.
