Job Description

The Engineer/Senior Engineer is responsible for maintaining hotel facilities, equipment and building services to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations. Duties typically include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning and other M&E systems, responding to guest and operational requests, and maintaining service records. Candidates should have a relevant technical certificate or diploma, practical experience in building services or hospitality engineering, and knowledge of workplace safety procedures. The senior level generally requires stronger troubleshooting ability, leadership skills and experience coordinating contractors or junior technicians.
