Job Description

The Revenue Optimization Manager is responsible for maximising hotel revenue through pricing, forecasting, demand analysis, inventory controls and distribution strategy. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality, business, finance or a related field, together with several years of hotel revenue-management experience. Strong knowledge of revenue systems, online distribution channels, market trends and performance reporting is expected. The successful candidate should be analytical, commercially minded and confident working with hotel leadership, sales, reservations and operations teams. Excellent communication, presentation and decision-making skills are important, along with proficiency in English and relevant revenue-management software. Experience with Shangri-La, luxury hospitality or the Malaysian market would be advantageous.
