Job Description

The Service Associate supports daily food and beverage operations at Sage Grill by welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, preparing tables, maintaining cleanliness, processing requests, and coordinating with the kitchen and service team. Candidates should ideally have hospitality or restaurant experience, good English communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, and strong attention to detail. The role requires stamina, flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work effectively in a busy resort environment. A genuine interest in guest service, knowledge of food and beverage standards, teamwork, and willingness to follow Shangri-La service and safety procedures are expected.
