Job Description

The Culinary Administrative Assistant supports the culinary department with day-to-day administration, including preparing reports, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, managing schedules, and assisting with purchasing or inventory documentation. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, good attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Previous administrative or hospitality experience is advantageous, as is familiarity with hotel kitchen operations. The role requires professionalism, discretion, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
