Job Description

The Co-ordinator, Operation Services (Attractions) supports the daily operation of guest attractions and recreational facilities at Shangri-La Singapore. Responsibilities may include coordinating schedules, preparing facilities, assisting guests, monitoring safety and service standards, handling bookings or activity administration, and working closely with other hotel departments. Candidates should have relevant experience in hospitality, attractions, recreation, leisure, or customer service, with strong communication and organisational skills. A friendly, energetic and guest-focused attitude is essential. The role requires attention to detail, flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays, and the ability to remain calm while managing several operational tasks.
