Job Description

The Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering conferences, weddings, meetings and other events at Shangri-La in the Philippines. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality, tourism, business or a related field, together with several years of hotel, catering or event-management experience. Strong organizational, communication, negotiation and budgeting skills are essential. The successful candidate should be guest-focused, commercially aware and confident managing clients, suppliers and hotel departments.
