Job Description

The Service Associate – Reservations Executive manages room reservations, amendments, cancellations and guest enquiries for Shangri-La Singapore. Candidates typically need a diploma or equivalent qualification, previous hotel reservations, front-office or customer-service experience, and strong spoken and written English. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, online booking channels and Microsoft Office is advantageous. The role requires accuracy, prompt follow-up and a professional telephone manner. The successful candidate is expected to understand room types, rates, promotions and hotel facilities, meet response and conversion targets, protect guest and payment information, and coordinate effectively with Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays, together with a warm service attitude, is essential.
