Floor Supervisor

Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising housekeeping operations on assigned guestroom floors, ensuring rooms and public areas meet Shangri-La standards. Requirements typically include relevant hotel housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning and room-inspection procedures, and the ability to lead and train team members. Good communication skills, professional presentation, reliability, and a guest-focused attitude are expected. The successful candidate should be comfortable coordinating with Front Office and Engineering, responding promptly to guest requests, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
