Floor Supervisor

Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is expected to oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinate service on the floor, allocate duties, monitor guest satisfaction and ensure Shangri-La’s service standards are consistently met. Responsibilities typically include briefing team members, handling guest requests or complaints, supporting table service, maintaining cleanliness and coordinating with the kitchen and other hotel departments. Candidates should have previous experience in hotel or restaurant operations, strong communication and leadership skills, a customer-focused attitude and good knowledge of food and beverage service. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is required. Fluency in English is generally expected, while additional languages and experience with hotel systems are advantageous.
