Job Description

The Hygiene & Sanitation Executive is responsible for maintaining high standards of food hygiene, sanitation and workplace cleanliness across the hotel. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in food science, hospitality, environmental health or a related field, together with knowledge of HACCP, local food-safety regulations and sanitation procedures. Relevant hotel, restaurant or catering experience is preferred. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, organised and confident conducting inspections, audits and staff training. Key expectations include monitoring food-handling practices, maintaining hygiene records, identifying risks, following up on corrective actions and working closely with culinary, stewarding and operations teams.
