Job Description

The Lifeguard is responsible for maintaining safety around the hotel swimming pool, monitoring guests, enforcing pool rules and responding quickly to emergencies. Candidates should hold a valid lifeguard certification, current CPR and first-aid training, and be confident swimmers with strong observation and rescue skills. Previous experience in a hotel, resort, leisure facility or similar environment is preferred. The role requires good communication, professionalism, physical fitness and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate is expected to provide attentive guest service, maintain accurate safety records, inspect pool equipment and keep the pool area clean, safe and welcoming.
