Job Description

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily hotel housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry coordination, supplies, inspections, and team scheduling. Candidates are generally expected to have several years of housekeeping experience in an upscale hotel or resort, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, health and safety procedures, inventory control, and quality assurance is important. The role requires good communication, leadership, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Familiarity with hotel systems and a professional, service-focused attitude will be advantageous.
