The Head Baker leads the bakery and pastry production team, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, food safety and timely delivery across the hotel’s outlets and events. Requirements typically include several years of professional bakery experience, strong knowledge of breads, pastries, cakes and production techniques, and previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, resort or high-volume operation. The successful candidate should be creative, organised and commercially aware, with the ability to manage recipes, inventory, staffing and costs.
