Job Description

The Floor Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations on assigned floors, ensuring guest rooms, corridors and service areas meet Shangri-La’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Requirements typically include hotel housekeeping experience, previous supervisory responsibility, good knowledge of cleaning procedures and attention to detail. The successful candidate should be organised, physically fit, guest-focused and comfortable coordinating room attendants, inspecting rooms, managing supplies and responding to guest requests. Good communication skills in English are expected; Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous in Hong Kong. The role also requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, safety and teamwork.
