The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the operation of restaurants, bars, banquets and other dining outlets, helping to maintain high service, quality and guest-satisfaction standards. Typical requirements include hotel or restaurant experience, supervisory or management experience, strong communication skills and good knowledge of food and beverage operations. The candidate is expected to lead and motivate teams, manage shifts, coordinate with kitchens and other departments, monitor costs and stock, handle guest feedback and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and company standards.
