Job Description

The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing reception, concierge, reservations coordination, guest services and daily hotel operations. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hotel management, several years of front-office experience, and previous supervisory experience in an upscale or luxury hotel. Strong English communication, computer and property-management-system skills are expected; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. The successful candidate should be guest-focused, well organised, calm under pressure and confident in handling complaints, VIP arrivals, staff scheduling and operational decisions. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential.
