Job Description

The Executive Pastry Chef leads the pastry and bakery operation, creating desserts, breads, cakes and specialty products that meet Shangri-La standards. Requirements typically include a culinary or pastry qualification, extensive experience in luxury hotels or high-volume kitchens, strong knowledge of baking techniques, food safety and cost control, and proven supervisory ability.
