Security Officer

Job Description

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, employees, property and hotel assets while maintaining a welcoming service environment. Typical duties include monitoring entrances and surveillance systems, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, managing access control, preparing reports and supporting emergency procedures. Candidates should generally have secondary education, relevant hotel or security experience, good physical fitness and strong observational and communication skills. A valid security personnel permit in Hong Kong, first-aid training and knowledge of fire and life-safety procedures are advantageous. The role requires integrity, calm judgment, discretion, teamwork, shift flexibility and the ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays. Professional appearance and courteous guest service are essential.
