Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily room and public-area cleaning, assigns duties, inspects standards, coordinates with Front Office and Maintenance, manages supplies, and responds to guest requests. Candidates typically need hospitality or housekeeping experience, supervisory capability, good communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures. Experience in a luxury hotel is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, maintain Shangri-La’s service standards, coach team members, handle issues professionally, work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and remain physically capable of spending extended periods on their feet.
