Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Requirements typically include relevant hotel, security or law-enforcement experience, supervisory ability, good communication skills, physical fitness and knowledge of emergency procedures, access control, incident reporting and local regulations. Cantonese and English are highly valuable, while Mandarin may be advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead security officers professionally, monitor CCTV and patrols, respond calmly to incidents, support emergency drills, maintain accurate records and provide courteous guest service. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential.
