Job Description

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, hotel property and business operations at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Typical duties include monitoring surveillance systems, conducting patrols, controlling access, responding to incidents, preparing reports and assisting during emergencies. Candidates should have relevant hotel, security or customer-service experience, good communication skills and a calm, professional manner.
