Job Description

The Service Associate – Engineering (A/C Technician) is responsible for maintaining, inspecting and repairing air-conditioning and refrigeration systems across the hotel. Candidates should have vocational training or a technical qualification in refrigeration, air-conditioning or mechanical engineering, along with practical experience in hotel, commercial or building-services maintenance. Knowledge of electrical controls, HVAC equipment, preventive maintenance and workplace safety is expected. The successful candidate should be physically fit, dependable and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays. Good troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, teamwork and a service-oriented attitude are essential. Experience with computerized maintenance systems and relevant trade certifications would be advantageous.
