The VDI & Endpoint Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting virtual desktop infrastructure and enterprise endpoint environments. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in IT, experience with VMware Horizon, Citrix, Microsoft Intune, SCCM or similar tools, and strong knowledge of Windows, networking, security and troubleshooting. The candidate is expected to manage endpoint deployments, resolve incidents, improve system performance, support security controls and contribute to infrastructure projects. Good communication, documentation, analytical thinking and the ability to work with regional teams are important. Experience in banking or other highly regulated environments, automation and IT service-management practices would be advantageous.
