Job Description

The role is responsible for acquiring, managing and growing relationships with emerging enterprise and business-banking clients across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Candidates should have relevant experience in SME or commercial banking sales, relationship management, credit assessment and financial analysis, with a strong understanding of business lending and banking products. The position requires good knowledge of the local market, proven ability to meet sales targets, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the capacity to build trusted client relationships. The successful candidate is expected to identify new business opportunities, recommend suitable financial solutions, manage credit quality, collaborate with internal teams and deliver sustainable revenue growth while maintaining regulatory and risk standards.
