The role supports and maintains production systems for UOB’s GIPS-related technology environment in Malaysia. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; experience in production support, incident and problem management, application monitoring, and troubleshooting; and familiarity with databases, Unix/Linux, scripting, batch scheduling, and IT service-management practices.
