Job Description

The Manager, Change Management role typically leads organizational change initiatives for clients, helping businesses adopt new processes, technologies and operating models. Requirements usually include several years of change management or transformation consulting experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and knowledge of structured methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR. Experience with SAP transformations, including SAP Business Technology Platform, is advantageous.
