Job Description

A Service Desk Analyst provides first-line technical support to users, resolves hardware, software, access and connectivity issues, and records incidents through a service-management system. Typical requirements include customer-service experience, troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, networks and ticketing tools, and the ability to follow ITIL-based procedures. Strong communication, patience, problem-solving ability and accurate documentation are expected.
