Job Description

This role supports Accenture’s corporate investigations function in Malaysia, handling sensitive internal investigations involving ethics, misconduct, fraud, conflicts of interest and policy violations. Requirements typically include a recognized law degree, admission to practice or relevant legal qualification, and several years of experience in investigations, employment law, compliance, litigation or corporate legal work. Strong interviewing, legal research, report-writing and case-management skills are expected. The candidate should demonstrate sound judgment, confidentiality, independence and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across cultures. Experience in multinational organizations, forensic investigations, data privacy and risk management would be advantageous.
