Job Description

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design, govern and deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions for Australian clients, likely within government or highly regulated environments. Requirements typically include strong ServiceNow architecture experience, knowledge of modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM or HRSD, solution design capability, integration expertise and familiarity with Agile delivery. The candidate should be an Australian citizen able to obtain or hold the required security clearance. Excellent stakeholder communication, consulting, documentation and leadership skills are expected, along with the ability to translate business needs into secure, scalable platform solutions.
