Job Description

The Learning Advisor supports the planning, coordination and delivery of employee learning programs across Accenture. Responsibilities may include advising employees and business leaders on learning options, managing learning calendars and platforms, coordinating vendors, tracking participation and reporting outcomes. Candidates are generally expected to have experience in learning and development, training coordination, instructional design or a related people-focused field. Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisation and digital learning skills are important, along with confidence working in a large, fast-moving, technology-enabled environment. Familiarity with learning management systems, Microsoft tools and data or reporting is advantageous.
