Demand is steady in government, banking, consulting, healthcare, resources and cloud transformation. Canberra is especially important for cleared technology work, while Sydney and Melbourne have broader commercial markets. Australian workplace culture is generally professional, collaborative and relatively informal, with emphasis on work-life balance and practical communication.
