Job Description

Accenture’s Service Management Associate Manager is expected to lead and improve IT service management operations for clients, ensuring reliable service delivery, strong performance reporting and effective stakeholder communication. Typical requirements include experience in IT service management, ITIL principles, incident, problem, change and request management, service-level agreements and operational governance. Candidates should be comfortable managing teams, coordinating vendors, analysing service metrics and driving continuous improvement. Strong communication, client-facing, organisational and leadership skills are essential. Experience with service management platforms such as ServiceNow, along with relevant ITIL certification and consulting or managed-services experience, is highly advantageous. The role may also require managing competing priorities and supporting transformation initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
