Job Description

The Research Fellow will conduct research on inorganic materials, including material synthesis, characterization, data analysis and interpretation. Applicants are generally expected to hold a PhD in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, physics or a closely related discipline, with relevant research experience in inorganic materials or nanomaterials. Practical experience with laboratory techniques and instruments such as X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, spectroscopy or thermal analysis is advantageous. The candidate should be capable of planning experiments independently, analysing results, preparing research papers and presenting findings. Strong scientific writing, teamwork, communication and organisational skills are expected, together with a commitment to laboratory safety and high-quality research.
