Research Fellow (Multi-Agent RL for Autonomous Drone Swarm)

Job Description

The Research Fellow will develop multi-agent reinforcement-learning methods for autonomous drone swarms, with emphasis on coordination, decision-making, simulation, and real-world deployment. Candidates are expected to hold a PhD or equivalent research experience in robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer science, or a related field. Strong programming ability, especially in Python and deep-learning frameworks such as PyTorch, is likely required. Experience with reinforcement learning, multi-robot systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, simulation environments, and academic publishing would be valuable. The successful candidate should work independently, collaborate effectively with researchers, publish high-quality results, present findings, and contribute to grant or project deliverables.
